Speaker Hickman has pulled all the House Joint Resolutions to decide which ones will be heard. As of today, we have not heard whether he plans to hear HJR1026, OK2A’s proposed amendment to the Oklahoma Constitution. We are asking you to call Speaker Hickman and politely encourage him to allow HJR1026 to be heard.
