Cancellation Policy for Local Meetings

With the start of the 2014 State Legislative Session, all of our local groups are returning to a more regular meeting schedule.  That combined with the unusual weather we’ve experienced this winter has led us to set a policy concerning our local group meetings and inclement weather.

Should there be winter weather occurring or that is imminent in the area of one of more of our local groups, those meetings will be considered cancelled.  If weather is forecasted but has not arrived yet, we will make a determination by 3:00 pm and put out closings information in our afternoon alert email, Facebook page and groups, and through Twitter.
